Paranormal Unknown is a Coffee X Media property. This policy covers information handled through Paranormal Unknown and its connected publishing, contact and newsletter services. For privacy questions, choose Privacy request on the Contact form.
Information you provide
Contact and submission forms can collect your name, email address, inquiry type, subject, message and any location, creator name or public link you choose to include. Newsletter requests include an email address, selected newsletters, consent wording, signup location and any supplied campaign referral tags, and a record of the request. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private medical records or sensitive information about yourself or another person.
How information is used
We use the information to respond to messages, evaluate editorial leads, handle corrections and rights requests, operate requested newsletters, record consent, prevent abuse and maintain necessary operational records. A story submission or contact message does not itself authorize marketing emails. Newsletter choices are separate from optional cookie preferences.
Technical and measurement information
Hosting, content delivery and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser or device information and technical logs when a page or form is requested. Optional analytics and campaign measurement may process usage information when configured and permitted by your privacy choices. Necessary security processing is distinct from optional advertising or analytics.
Service providers and recipients
Coffee X Media uses service providers for hosting, content delivery, database storage, security and email operations. These include Hostinger for website hosting, Google Workspace for contact and transactional email, Supabase for connected data services, Cloudflare for delivery or form verification, and MailerLite for newsletter list and delivery services. Relevant contact, consent and technical information may be processed by the providers supporting the feature you use. Authorized team members may review submissions and requests. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, investigate abuse or resolve disputes.
Newsletter choices
The signup form identifies the newsletters selected for the request. Additional Coffee X Media newsletters are optional. Follow any email confirmation instructions that apply. You can withdraw newsletter permission through the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us for help. An unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained to prevent unwanted future email.

Affiliate links, merchandise and embedded media
Disclosed GhostStop links can contain referral identifiers. Commerce links may pass through a Coffee X Media tracking route before reaching a merchant. Official merchandise is offered through Texas Thread Theory; purchasing and payment processing take place with the storefront or merchant under its policies. YouTube embeds and remotely hosted images can communicate technical information to their providers when loaded, even before a video is played. Privacy-enhanced embedding does not mean no information is exchanged.
Advertising choices and Global Privacy Control
Optional advertising technologies can involve uses or disclosures that some privacy laws classify as targeted advertising, sale or sharing. The site’s preference layer keeps advertising consent off when an enabled Global Privacy Control signal is detected. These browser controls do not unsubscribe you from email or control external merchants and media services. Contact us about any additional request to opt out of processing.
Retention and security
Information is retained according to the purpose of the interaction, editorial or support needs, consent and unsubscribe records, security requirements, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Different records can have different retention periods. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Service providers may process information outside your state or country.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent or opt out of certain processing. Choose Privacy request on the Contact form. Identify the site and relevant interaction, but do not send identification documents unless a secure verification method is arranged.
We may need proportionate information to verify a request or an authorized representative. Applicable exceptions and deadlines depend on the request and governing law. If a request is declined, ask for review through the Contact form with “Privacy appeal” in the subject and the original request details. You may also contact the privacy regulator or attorney general serving your jurisdiction. These choices do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Children
This publication and its signup and submission features are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
